Elizabeth Stahmer, M.S.

As Director of SBSRI, Beth supports faculty, students, and staff in their grant and fellowship seeking efforts. She has 23 years of academic and non-profit grantsmanship experience and is an expert at connecting individuals to research-related resources, finding and evaluating funding opportunities, and proposal development and submission. Beth considers herself a specialist at being a grant generalist and has worked on applications for a variety of federal agencies including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF), the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Department of Defense (DOD), and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Additionally, she has supported submissions to the State of Arizona and dozens of private foundations.
