NSF updates compliance check

On September 26, 2016, the National Science Foundation compliance check system will include an update that ensures the Project Summary does not exceed one (1) page. The system will now generate an error message if the text from the boxes in the Project Summary section exceeds a page or if text is entered in these boxes and the alternative "Project Summary with Special Characters" file is also uploaded. Note: the one page limit applies to materials submitted before the compliance check update. Materials submitted through FastLane or Grants.gov that are not compliant will be returned without review.
