NSF
The 2013 guidelines for the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) are now available. The GRFP supports graduate students who are pursuing research-based master’s and doctoral degrees in disciplines within NSF’s mission. The program goals are to select, recognize, and provide funding to individuals who have the potential to be highly successful scientists, and to encourage broader participation of underrepresented groups such as minorities, persons with disabilities, and women. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, nationals, or permanent residents of the U.S. by the deadline date. Individuals are eligible to apply:
during the senior year of college
after graduation from college and prior to entering graduate school
during the first year of graduate school
prior to completing the Fall term of the second year of graduate school
