International Research Development Grants for faculty due October 15th

The Office of Global Initiatives is pleased to announce the upcoming cycle of the International Research Development Grant (IRDG) program. 
The IRDG provides travel support to faculty for the development or continuation of international research. The application deadline for the next IRDG funding cycle is October 15, 2012.  Faculty members engaged in current or proposed research projects are encouraged to request assistance toward airfare for travel between November 1, 2012 and April 30, 2013.  Proposals that have a clear potential to provide significant benefit to the career of the candidate and to yield long-term ties between the UA and institutions or research groups internationally are given strong preference.
