IC ARC Postdoctoral Research Fellowships update

From a November 8th announcement by the Intelligence Community Acquisition Research Center (IC ARC) regarding the 2013 Intelligence Community Postdoctoral Research Fellowship Program:
Research Solicitation  #ICPDP-2013-0001 will not be released as originally scheduled on 1 November 2012.  In advance of the official release, topics that will be included in the complete Broad Area Announcement (BAA) will be posted on the unclassified IC Acquisition Research Center (ARC) located at https://arc.westfields.net. 
Proposal preparation should not begin until the official solicitation is released.  If you are interested in this solicitation or have questions, visit the ARC website above and follow the online instructions to either create a free account if you are a new user, or log in with your existing account information. Future information regarding this Program will be also posted on the ARC website, and questions must be submitted there.
