CLIMAS Environment & Society Fellowship due 2/28/24
The Climate Assessment for the Southwest (CLIMAS) program is accepting applications for the 2024 Environment & Society Fellowship. CLIMAS is an UA program that aims to bridge the gap between climate science research and decision-making. CLIMAS works with stakeholders affected by the outcomes of their research, to address pressing environmental issues. This fellowship opportunity is open to UA graduate students from all disciplines. Applicants must propose a project that incorporates an engaged research approach and meets a need expressed by a stakeholder. Projects can take place anywhere in the world and may focus on any environmentally-related issue, and fall under 1 or more of the following categories: scoping research, dissertation or thesis work, a discrete 1-year project, outreach, and/or network building.
Funding: a $4,750 stipend to University of Arizona graduate students
