Major revision to NSF guide

The National Science Foundation has just released the revised version to the Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG). There are significant revisions and NSF strongly recommend reviewing the chapter level summary of changes at the beginning of the new document.  The new guide affects proposals due on or after January 30th, 2017.
