Contemplative Research and Social Transformation Award

This award is presented to graduate students at the University of Arizona who demonstrate interest in public engagement and social transformation and a commitment to cross-disciplinary research relevant to contemplative practices.
The award of $2,000 will include formal recognition by the Center for Compassion Studies and the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and inclusion in a network of contemplative science scholars at different career stages, with mentorship for grant-writing and research.
