Information Sessions


SBSRI offers Information Sessions each Fall and Spring semester to acquaint SBS faculty and students with SBSRI funding, research policies and procedures, and external funding opportunities. Additionally, we occasionally offer review for popular opportunities including the DOD's Minerva and some National Science Foundation opportunities. If time permits, we also give presentations to individual units.

Our College-wide Information Sessions take place from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm on Fridays.
  • Aug 25  -  Fall Orientation to SBSRI Funding Opportunities and Services (Student Union's Presidio room)
  • Jan 12  -   Spring Orientation to SBSRI Funding Opportunities and Services (Harvill 332A)
  • Mar 30  -  Student Fulbrights (Harvill 332A)
