Medieval Academy of America Research Funding Opp

The  Medieval Academy of America has two awards of $5,000 for to Ph.D. candidates and/or non-tenure-track scholars to support research in medieval studies. These awards can be used for travel/access expenses to archives, monuments, or artworks. Applicants must be members of the Medieval Academy of America by at least September 15, 2026 to apply.  

While applicants must obtain a membership by September 15, the application for the award is not due until October 15. For more information, visit the Medieval Academy of America website.
