Description

The Smith Richardson Foundation offers several grants support Ph.D. dissertation research on American foreign policy, international relations, international security, domestic public policy, strategic studies, area studies, and diplomatic and military history. Programs vary by year. Applications begin with the submission of a concept paper which then can lead to an invited full proposal.
