Description

Most National Geographic Soiciety Grants are available though one portal, and focus on three categories, "the Human Journey," "Wildlife and Wild Places," and "Our Changing Planet." Projects can be research, conservationk, education, storytelling, or about technology, though work in laboratories or collections are not typically considered.  All National Geography Society funded projects "must be novel and exploratory...bold, innovative, and transformative."
