Kennedy Library Foundation invites scholars and students to apply for support of their research and use of the archival, manuscript, and audiovisual holdings of the Library. Schlesinger Fellowships may be awarded to a single individual or divided between two recipients. They are intended to support scholars in the production of substantial works on the foreign policy of the Kennedy years, especially with regard to the western hemisphere, or on Kennedy domestic policy, especially with regard to racial justice and to the conservation of natural resources. Successful candidates will develop at least a portion of their work from original research in archival materials from the collections of the Kennedy Library and related materials. Proposals are invited from all sources, but preference will be given to those from applicants specializing in the areas indicated above.
